David Bauer, founder of Bauer & Clausen Optometry, private optometry practice innovator and KDR consultant is passionate about serving his patients and his team. Dr. Bauer specializes in developing systems to craft an exceptional patient experience in his practice.
After working in multiple practice settings, David found that he can best deliver the experience he desires for his patients by being in private practice. He understands the only way to guarantee quality is through superior systems and operations. Exceptional patient care is the product of a strong foundation and team.
Dr. Bauer’s work is recognized by his community with the award of Billings Best Optometrist many times. The Bauer & Clausen team has been awarded Billings Best Eyecare Practice and Billings Best Optical several years in a row, and he has been asked to share his business knowledge at a local college.

Dr. Robyn Clausen, founder, entrepreneur, co-owner of Bauer & Clausen Optometry, and consultant at KDR Solutions, knows the importance of approaching business with confidence. Her custom approach helps health professionals find success and satisfaction in their practices.
Dr. Clausen’s leadership in the health entrepreneur industry developed out of a passion for service. She provides exceptional patient care in the exam room that is only supported by the systems and foundation in the entire practice structure. As an involved entrepreneur, she values team collaboration, personal growth and education.
